Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it on the story and list it here. Newest first.

How corrections work: a dated Correction line is added at the bottom of the story when a fact was wrong, and a dated Update line when we add important context or change our framing. Typos and broken links are fixed without a note. Read our full editorial standards.
